Don't get me wrong. I grew up in Redondo Beach in the late 60's hippie days, then spent my teenage years/early 20's in San Jose in the 70's/80's. Let's just say that I'm no stranger to Colombian Gold, Thai Stick, Senso, etc. Marijuana was de-criminalized in 1976 in California. Everyone was toking including teachers and cops. Unemployment was about 10%. Flash forward to today. Marijuana is being de-criminalized again. Unemployment is officially 9.5%, but really about 17%. Is there any correlation?
